Above & Beyond Reprographics offers document scanning and imaging services, both large and small volumes, through it’s division of Document Imaging.

The variety of imaging approaches available is extensive. The basics involve the conversion of paper to electronic images; typically TIFF format (an electronic photo of the document), OCR format (an electronic photo made to be searchable full text) or PDF format. A database is created, to organize the images into a manageable form, by capturing basic information from each document. This basic information includes: dates, author, types of documents as well as document titles, recipients and copy recipients (cc and bcc). We are able to customize the information needed, based on your requirements.

Above & Beyond’s ability to integrate with Summation, Concordance, JF Litigator and other programs, provides you with a powerful document management tool for litigation. Document—speci
c comments can be added to the database and are fully searchable.

Document imaging allows you easy portability of case documents; transporting an entire
le can be done by simply transferring it to CD or DVD media; or simply transferring the
le directly to your laptop computer. Large volumes of documents become easier to manage, sort and locate. The problem of not having a particular
le or document is eliminated.
